Jiya 9 — Complete Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & Definitions

Jiya 9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Jiya 9") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Jiya 9 and its users ("Member" or "you").

By creating an account or using any service on Jiya 9, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Jiya 9.

Key Definitions

• "Account" — Your personal registered account on Jiya 9.
• "Bet" — A wager placed on any sport or game.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before withdrawing.
• "KYC" — the process of verifying your identity.
• "Funds" — funds deposited into or won through your account.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on Jiya 9, you must meet the requirements below. Jiya 9 reserves the right to close your account at any time if these requirements are not fulfilled.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You must have an active mobile number and email address.
• If you already have an existing Jiya 9 account, you may not register a new one.
• You are not voluntarily or legally excluded from betting.

Information provided at registration

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information at registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being terminated and any deposited funds being forfeited.

3. Betting Rules

Please make sure you fully understand these rules before placing any bets on Jiya 9. Every bet is a binding agreement — once confirmed, it cannot be changed.

Bet Types

Jiya 9 offers three types of bets: Single (on one event), Accumulator (combining multiple events), and System (specific combinations). Each type has its own rules.

Bet Cancellation Conditions

• If a match or event is cancelled, bets will be refunded.
• Bets remain valid if a match starts earlier or later than the scheduled time.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Jiya 9 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is declared a draw, bets may be refunded depending on the specific market.

Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds displayed on screen at the time you confirm your bet are final. Jiya 9 is not responsible for odds changes caused by network delays.

4. Payment Policy

All financial transactions on Jiya 9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We only accept transactions through legitimate mobile banking channels in Bangladesh.

Deposit Limit

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200.
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳5,00,000.
• KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same channel used for the deposit (same mobile number).
• Your first withdrawal may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Subsequent withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes.

Transaction Rejected

Jiya 9 reserves the right to decline any transaction due to: information mismatch, incomplete KYC, suspected money laundering, or technical issues.

5. Bonus Terms & Conditions

Jiya 9's bonus offers are designed for the benefit of our members. However, each bonus comes with specific conditions — failure to comply may result in the bonus being forfeited.

Welcome Bonus

• 100% match bonus on your first deposit (up to ৳5,000).
• Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount.
• Validity: Must be used within 30 days of deposit.
• Bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.5 or above.

General Bonus Rules

• Each member may claim any individual bonus once only.
• While a bonus is active, your real money balance will be used first.
• Any unused portion of a bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• Using multiple accounts or a VPN to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Jiya 9 may modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

6. Prohibited Activities

Jiya 9 is firmly committed to maintaining a fair and safe platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

Strictly Prohibited

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or misleading identity or information.
• Abusing or exploiting the bonus system.
• Selling, renting, or transferring your account to another person.
• Participating in match fixing or event manipulation.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Jiya 9's systems.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity against other members.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Jiya 9 may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

Closed by Jiya 9

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails.
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• If fraud is suspected.

Closed at Member's Request

You can close your account at any time by emailing our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing. If you self-exclude, your account cannot be reopened before the specified period ends.

Inactive Account

An account with no login or transaction activity for 12 months will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 may be deducted from inactive accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jiya 9 always strives to deliver the highest quality of service. However, there are limits to our liability in certain situations.

Jiya 9 is not liable if

• A bet is lost due to internet disconnection.
• Services may be unavailable due to natural disasters or unforeseen events.
• An issue occurs with a third-party payment gateway.
• The member shares their own password or login credentials with another person.
• The member's device is affected by malware or a hacking attempt.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Protecting your personal information is a priority for Jiya 9. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how the information you provide at registration and thereafter is used.

Purpose of Data Use

• To complete the account verification and KYC process.
• To improve our service quality and deliver a personalized experience.
• To prevent fraud and ensure security.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

10. Terms & Conditions Amendment Policy

Jiya 9 reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of changes, we will notify you through the following methods.

Change Notice

• Email notifications will be sent for important changes.
• A pop-up notice will be displayed when you log in to the platform.
• The "Last Updated" date on this page will reflect any changes.
• Minor changes may only require an update to this page.

Continued Use After Changes

Continued use of Jiya 9 after updated Terms & Conditions are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, please close your account and discontinue use of Jiya 9.

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
