To register on Jiya 9, you will need an active Bangladeshi mobile number, a valid email address, and your full name and date of birth. You must be 18 or older. The entire process takes just 2 minutes. For more details, Registration page here.

Go to the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number or email, and a reset link or OTP will be sent to you. Use it to set a new password. If you run into any issues, contact us at support@jiya9.online.

No, each person may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and the balances may be forfeited. Our Terms & Conditions here.

Yes, KYC verification is required before making a withdrawal. You will need to upload a photo of your National ID or passport. This is to protect your account and is typically completed within 24 hours.

You can close your account at any time. Email us at support@jiya9.online or Responsible Gaming select the self-exclusion option from the page. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
